Just a redesign of batman and not sure if this is a concept piece for one of the three. If it was then this would be somewhat corporate but can't think of anything. Too little here to critique.
.......im assuming that this is your corporate logo. symmetrical design is nearly there but try to keep your font in line with your design. that small gap with the wings breaks the flow with the design and makes it a bit awkward to look at. try to keep it seamless and more smooth with the design. The letters are a bit hard to see with the oddly shaped angels, when you shrink it down the letters don't seem as legible.
